Treadmill. Meant to get to the gym an hour earlier, but as expected, couldn't sleep until 1:30 am and didn't hear my 5:30 alarm clock. Mile 2-3 @6:44, the rest, obviously slower. Felt pretty good. Aimed for low mileage at high effort level, and got it. Got some smarts and did some post-run exercises-push ups, wall-sits, plank, sit-ups. Stretching. Just a shell of my former self, but holding my own.
