Notes

Treadmill 1%. Disappointing, was hoping this would be easier. Had to stop half way to get water. Breathing seemed ok, but overheating and leg cramping messed things up. Well 75 miles in the last 7 days will do that? pace 2@6:44, 2.2@6:40, break, 1@6:44, 2@6:40, 1@6:35.
