Trail run with Susan and Chirs, great fun climbing Rattlesnake Ridge up to East Peak, down to Snoqualmie Winery, then back up and over the way we came. 900 feet-> 3517->1000->3517->900 all very runnable constant hill, snow above 2500 feet, dripping trees, mostly overcast but clearing at times. Felt good, strong, reasonably within ability thresholds, SI joint behaved well until afterwards when it started screaming knives again. Worth it.
