Gosh I wish I had a GPS watch today! With Chris, Tony and David. As usual I took us out WAY too fast and it felt good, not too hard in the beginning. When crossing the road to the arboretum after about 4 miles we ended up in a muddy non road section and it completely broke my stride, and I never got it back. Tony took off not to be seen again and Chris gapped me by quite a bit before letting me slowly catch up. Again breathing was fine, just the legs wouldn't cooperate! Mapping says we ran 6.5, but a 6:37 pace doesn't make sense given how much I slowed.
