Mountain biking at St Eddies with Alison, Ryan and Jim. Very nice. I didn't stress about keeping up(there's no way that was gonna happen), just took it easy and had a fun time. Didn't quite feel I deserved to get a sore throat the next day from it. I've pinpointed my camelback(or the mold in its tube) as the culprit-the cause of all my colds in the last several months. grr!
