For some reason I was worried about doing this one. Until today, I had been doing 1-mile repeats @ 10K pace w/active recoveries between. Today, I had to do 4 straight through. It went very well. Mile 2 was tough, but the rest were manageable for sure. 1.5 w/u, 4miles @ 8:03, 1.5 c/d. (7:57, 8:01, 8:03, 7:57)
