Most pathetic run ever. I was scheduled for 10, but just never felt well. It's been a week of just not eating properly, and I wasn't ready for this run at all. Also, don't know why, but I didn't take any water or fuel. At mile 3, I called Andy and asked him to come pick me up. Lame!
