I think the tempo run is so interesting. My target pace was actually 8:42 for the middle 6 miles. However, I was faster, yet a fairly consistent pace. In trying to stay at 8:42, I was actually going faster. Also, I'm starting to think of Three Rivers as the town that always has headwinds. My tempo run shows I could work for a faster time goal. The long run is starting to shape up that way too. Only the interval run shows that I am working the correct pace for my fitness level. Not sure what it all means yet.
