I clearly do not understand how to set ranges for my intervals because I set them wrong again making my intervals too slow. Arrg!! In addition, I could only do 5 of the 6 intervals before I cried "uncle". Bummer...
2X1200(5:39 ea.) + 4X800(3:42 ea.) - I did the 2X1200, but only did 3X800
