My hamstrings are still sore from my increased activity this past week. I spent about 15 minutes with the foam roller psyching myself up for this progression run. Once I set foot on the road, I felt great. It is overcast, mild temperature, and the wildflowers are blooming now. I felt really strong this entire run. 7 miles easy, 7 miles progressively faster with the last mile hitting 1/2 marathon pace.
