I opted out of my tempo run today since I am doing my long run tomorrow instead of Sunday. Tomorrow's long run is a progression run which is typically pretty intense. It was a beautiful morning to run. I'm starting to see new Fall friends as new folks start to get out a bike or walk in the early mornings.
