I came >< that close to blowing this run off altogether. This week is a down week for me, and all I want to do is sleep and then sulk about feeling yucky. :) I'm glad I kicked myself out of bed. 1.5 mile w/u, 3X1k at 5k pace (8:02), 2 mile c/d. I did all intervals between 7:43-7:48/mile pace.
