Notes

Nice workout at the gym. Bike followed by leg work. I suspect that my hip issue is the result of an imbalance of the front of my legs vs. the back and my core which is weak from having 4 kiddos. Hip is oddly twingy when I walk. However, once at home, I did 8X10 sec hill sprints, and could not feel even so much as a whisper from the hip and hill sprints are hard work. Odd!
