My plan was to ride the bike today instead of run. However, that effort was thwarted by a beautiful day and two flat tires AND a broken bicycle pump. So, I thought I'd head out to run, and just stop if I felt any discomfort.
By 9 miles, my left hip was feeling a little twingy, so I stopped. I was also a little too cavalier about my hydration and nutrition today, and it was 80 degrees out.
