A most incredible day. The sky is so clear and blue today. The weather was perfect. To top it all off, NO KNEE PAIN! (Yes, I mean to shout that out.) I stuck to the nice flat and soft lake bed. My splits were as follows: 9:14, 9:18, 9:19, 9:16, 9:06, 9:20, 9:37, 9:38 (2 uphill miles), 9:18, 9:18.
