I think I may have had a mental break-through (not breakdown!) on this interval day. I've been working hard to change my attitude. I actually enjoyed this workout and hit all my numbers. The workout was 15 min w/u, 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 all with 200 RI. The number in parenthesis represents my target time.
1200 - 5:34(5:39)
1000 - 4:36(4:40)
800 - 3:42(3:44)
600 - 2:42(2:46)
400 - 1:45(1:49)
200 - :51(1:25) Totally messed up here. I went way too fast.
