Notes

My knee feels good today, but I stayed on the bike anyway. I'll try a short run/bike combo tomorrow if I feel up to it. I did intervals on the bike which felt great. I followed it by some squatting exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knees. It was a nice time with Sarah.
