Not bad. Having a hard time controlling HR on intervals. Once it spikes, it goes far! I did 2 miles easy, then 2 miles of 30 seconds at MAF + 15 max (went over a lot), and 2 minutes easy and tried to get back to MAF

Mile 2 11:10 143/150 (nearly .4 of uphill here. Not bad!)
Mile 3 11:50 149/167 (a lot of uphill here!)

I walked for 15 minutes or so after this. HR dropped right down.
