10 min w/u, 45 min over 100rpm, 5 min c/d. I followed this with 40 deep squats w/20 lbs. The hip is twingy if I'm sloppy, but with correct form no problem. Tomorrow is another bike day. I will play the tempo run by ear on Friday.
