Holy mother of pearl that run was painful after the bike ride yesterday. LOL I ran 1/2 of it with my running partner David. Thank goodness for that. He distracted me from the discomfort. I was supposed to run this in 9:37/mile, but I'll take the 9:40/mile with a smile.
