What a great run today. This was a 16-mile progression run. I ran the first 9 easy, then tried to get faster and faster each mile with my last mile at 10k pace (8:44). The last 7 miles were: 9:19, 8:57, 8:40, 8:44, 8:47, 8:57 (uphill), 8:29. I felt great the entire time.
