I had to wait 15 extra minutes this morning for daylight. Fall is in the air in the early mornings. Never mind that the high today is supposed to be 105 degrees! After 4 days off this run went pretty well. My twingy right foot spend the entire time re-adjusting itself. Spending 3 days in heavy hiking boots didn't do it any favors. The splits were as follows: 9:44, 9:08, 8:53, 9:31, 9:04, 9:12, 8:53, 8:54, 8:58.
