Notes

I wasn't sure how to log this XT workout. It was 5 minute warm-up, 35 minutes at a perceived effort of 2 (on a 1-5 scale), 5 minute cool-down. All of this was at 100 rpm's. I am going to try 3 run days/2 xtraining days during this marathon training cycle.
