I've been walking around Midway for most of July and today I decided to run. Just couldn't take having to do low effort physical activity for an hour. It just wasn't achieving the results I wanted, either. I think the better plan of action, much to my dismay, is to run until I get into the physical shape I want to be in, and then switch to walking (maybe). I might consider lifting when I get back to school (ew).
Took one break after first lap. It was so hot it had to be done.
Also I dusted some dude who had a two minute lead on me. She's still got it.
