Decided to go "long" today. Seems like the regular three miles might be getting too easy. I stuck to an 8:30 pace and I felt pretty strong through out the run! Tbh I feel like I could have done another mile or two. But, I think I should increase mileage in smaller increments since I am not running very consistently (3-4 times a week is not great). Anyways, it was another gorgeous fall day and it felt so nice to run! Hoco anticipation is in the air! Cannot wait!
