Notes

This is my REAL run today. I felt both full and hungry during my run which was quite interesting. Felt a little cramping going on. Other than that, I felt pretty good despite not wanting to run at all. The burn out is real y'all.

Splits:

1 mile - 8:23

2 mile - 8:06

3 mile - 8:07

4 mile - 8:24

I am aware I had confidently said I was going to make up some mileage on Sunday. I am aware I did not do those things. I woke up on Sunday morning pretty exhausted. I had no desire to run. I thought about doing it in the evening, but we were all hanging out. So yea. No run. But I feel like I needed a bit of a break since I have been running (on my own) since the end of February, which is pretty long for me. Mentally I'm starting to burn out and perhaps a break gave my brain some time to rejuvenate. I just wanna run the half marathon and go down to running 4 times a week. My legs look fabulous but I am not having fun anymore lol. Of course Abby will not be here during the scheduled race day so we are likely adding in another week of training YAY!!! SO excited!! WOOOOoooo
