Really didn't want to run today because it was cold and I was tired and I just wanted to take the day for myself. Ran anyways. Started off cold, but by the time I had been running for about 6-7 minutes I was warm. Windy, so that wasn't super fun. I was originally just trying to do a chill jog and go for a 8:15 pace, but I guess I just ran the negatives today. Oh well. Got in my head about finishing races and then I just took off.
Something to keep an eye on: shins do be hurting and I'm thinking it's because the shoes are getting old. Also I probably have terrible form (gate-wise). Since I don't have time to be doing a full Boylan-era warm-up (okay partially lazy) complete with all the different skips and form exercises, I'm probably pronating poorly and that shit be hurtin. Me knees feel weird too. I think I have entered my senior citizen era. Oh well. I just don't want to lift for exercise!!!!!
