Notes
Legs were sore from yesterday, so I went slow. Plus the heat slowed me down. Didn't really think much of this run: it was neither good nor bad. Just hot. The consistency was pretty nice, so that's a dub I suppose. But yea, I just straight chilled during this run.
Splits:
1 mile - 8:50
2 mile - 8:56
3 mile - 8:52
4 mile - 8:34
Also did 4 strides, 10 minutes of core, and strength.
