Dragged myself out for a run against my will. Went a somewhat new route to make it interesting

Splits:

1 mile - 8:16

2 mile - 8:06

3 mile - 8:09

4 mile - 8:11

I'm glad to see some pretty consistent splits. This was an attempt at a recovery run.
