Notes

Ran with Dominic so we took a few breaks + walked for part of the 2nd mile. I felt good & my foot wasn’t really hurting!

I'm going to be really chilling this week to try and ease back in to running with out hurting myself. I'm not really going to worry about pace and I'm not going further than 5 miles in any run this week. I'm lucky that I can still run on my foot, so I need to be careful!
