Notes
Not really sure where this came from. I was rushing to squeeze in a run before my group meeting--but I didn't feel the pressure to sprint. Like I had enough time to run at a regular pace ?? So idk. But I'm not complaining because this was really good! I didn't stop or get caught at any lights, so this was a true 3 mile/5k race pace! A little annoyed because twice I had to slow down to near stopping for stupid cars but oh well. Probably only added a second or two. Still, this was awesome! There were only a few points where I felt like I was going at an unsustainable pace, but for the most part, I didn't feel like I was going that fast. I don't know how much faster I could run this, but I think I could have gotten it down to a 7:30ish (22:45???). It's runs like these that make me question if I could have been faster in high school. I think if I had known pacing like I know now I could have been sooooo much faster. Lol.
