Notes
I wasn't super into running today, but the weather was super nice (warm & sunny!!) so I knew I had to do it. It ended up being a nice run! Some parts were a bit tough, but it was mostly pretty chill. I felt like I was putting in the right effort. I wasn't running too hard, but I wasn't going slow, either. Just right. Starting to feel like my old running self. Muscle memory maybe? I'm sure it will take a few weeks to really feel like I'm back into the swing of things. But, this seems to be a start.
