Notes

Went very nice and easy on today's run, the very last day of training. I felt fine, but Dominic kept on having shin pains from his shoes, so we stopped quite a few times. Other than that, the run went well. I feel ready for Saturday! I'm ready for this to be done. I think I've been done since mid-June, lol. My goal is to run under 2 hours, which I think should be relatively reasonable. I'm approaching it with a progressive-run strategy. Start slow, build the pace, finish strong.
