Bit of a recovery run today. Very hot, so that was not fun
Splits:
1 mile - 8:11
2 mile - 8:15
3 mile - 8:16
Better consistency today. Thought I was going much faster (sub-8) but apparently was not. I guess this is good. I really don't know haha. It's better than me sprinting this. (Day 37 of 40)
