Notes
It was super super hot today. I was dying the entire time. And my calves were kind of heavy which made it like 10x worse. Had to stop a lot because it was a major struggle. I also stopped to talk to my grandpa for a bit. Anyways, this was death. I hated every second of it. I am burnt out. I just want to be done but we have to tack on an extra week for Abby. (This also means I am repeating last week's training plan).

1 mile - 8:43
2 mile - 8:23
3 mile - 8:08
4 mile - 8:12
Also, I am going into the burbs today to see my roommate. I won't be back until tomorrow night. There will be no chance to run. I 100% do not feel guilty about this at all.
