Notes
This run was broken up into bits:
1. 1.5 mile jog from Mariners Museum to the Christopher Newport University Track
2. About 1.5 miles fast on the track including a 1:26 400 meter, then jog lap, 1:17 400 meter, then jog lap, then 1:30 400 meter jog lap. I was supposed to do 8 fast 400s with a jog lap recovering the fast laps alternating between goal 5k pace (1:30 per lap) and goal one mile (1;20). However, my hamstring was tweaked after the 1:17 and when it got even worse after the 1;30 I quit.
3. 1.5 mile jog back to Mariners Museum
I also jogged a couple extra laps hoping to magically heal my hamstring after I hurt it.
This was the workout that made me pull out of the mile
