Notes
This was a DNF in a 20 mile race. That 50k from the previous week just drained my legs. Its not clear from the splits when I effectively quit, you can see two point where the pace slowed down, after mile 7 and mile 10. I reason I slowed from a 6:48 to like a 7:15 is you came out of the woods at that point straight into a nasty headwine on the canal. I did stop racing--after mile 10. At mile 10 I was l decided I was going to DNF and jump out of the race at the earliest convenience point (which was mile 14). Thus between miles 10 and 14 I was just cruising not racing.. I probably could have finished, but I didn't feel the need to torture myself, I would ahve been running 7:30's by the end. No power in my legs they were just tired.
