First mile interval. At first the pace felt easy. We out in 1:24 for the first lap, but I kept losing time. I got a little complacent. The goal was six minutes and I hit 3 laps in 4:29 so I thought I would naturally pick it up on the final lap so I wasn't worried about time. Obviously I ran a 1:33 last lap.
