Notes

Took chocolate milk, banana, and greek yogurt after run then went to gym.

Did my abs first, then lower back, then legs, then upper body. Happy with first time at gym, but would like to add another set to core and lower body. Happy with upper body lift.

Hamstring tight after lifting, but in reality whole leg was tight.
