Durrr

Isn't that a lot for one day? My routine is biceps/back on Monday, legs sometimes on Tuesday, and chest/shoulders/triceps on Friday.

Not really, I was at the gym for maybe a hour. I don't really lift to build bulk so I generally keep moving. On average a set probably takes me 1 minute, so I was actually physically strength training for about 32 minutes and resting for 28 minutes. It seemed like a good ratio.
