I was jogging around the HS including the woods and I got to the track somewhere between 3.5 and 4 miles and so I was running a 9:30 mile pace and decided I was going to run on the track at a 8 or so pace until I got my overall time for the day to under a 9 minute for the overall run and it took me 1.5 to 2 miles to do that by running at an 8 minute mile pace.
