Good run. Really solid. 5 easy to start, then wanted 4 or 5 @ about HM effort. Went by feel and thought I was around 8 m/m, guess not. I lapped at the 8.5 mile mark b/c it started getting more difficult to hold the pace and I figured I might not make it to 10 miles. But I did. Pretty happy w/this result, now just need to continue to load up on miles the rest of the week, REAL easy. Saturday will be 20 miles.
