Good run on a chilly Sunday morning. This was the 10.5 mile route, but hitting the hills on culver, which is shorter, instead of continuing on Pleasant Valley which is longer but no hills. I didn't take water on this run, and made it home, no problem. I did have a banana before taking off. Just a nice, consistent pace and it felt pretty good the whole way. Legs are a little tired now (three hours later) but other than that I feel great.

I need to double check, but I think this is my highest mileage week ever. That's pretty cool, especially considering I am not tired, sore or anything else. I'll probably try to ramp up slowly to about 40 miles/wk over the next month. This could be difficult to do though with the holidays coming, as well as the feeling that DW is "tolerating" the running. If it cuts in too much more on the weekends, I may have to acquiesce and back off for a bit.
