Notes

Tried to keep it easy. Felt fine at a consistent 10:30 through 7 miles, decided to try for one more loop, and 1/2 mile later realized I wouldn't make it w/out walking. Finished up that mile and came straight back. Smart choice. There's no point in pushing too far right now. I need to just make sure I'm getting the miles in EVERY DAY for a while. The pace will come in time. Nice run. I feel good.
