Crew. Intended to do the 4 loop, but half way through it we ran through a swarm of bees. MC is allergic and got stung at least once under the arm. Cut the run off and walked back, keeping an eye on him just to make sure he didn't decide to stroke out on us. Good times.
Left knee pretty sore. rolled and stretched it when we got back. interesting...
