I wanted to go a bit faster on this run for a coupla reasons. 1) Taking tomorrow off, 2) Felt really strong at the end of Thursday's 10 miler, but had to back off to help Josh out.

So today's plan was to do about 3 miles easy, then start to pick it up for 5 or 6 miles, then finish w/an easy mile or so. I managed to get five progressively harder miles, but decided to slow up after that. I was starting to press a bit, and I didn't want that.
