Crew. MC broke off and ran a new 5k route to hit Subway. Looks like he's doing ok, and has visions of still making it to the start line at Bayshore. Right on. Josh and I did the 5 loop backwards, no big deal. Left calf just a bit tight. He dropped at Subway to eat and I finished out the last mile alone. We've been adding in the around the horn loop both going and returning, so the 5 loop is more like 5.5 now.
Doubling again tonight, as I've gotta pick the kids up on Wed. Beck's going to see Audra take the stage at Ridleys in Royal Oak. Bummed I can't make it, but duty calls.
Looks like 11-13 solo tonight.
