MC and KPoss. Little chilly today. Probably should've worn pants instead of shorts. meh. 5k w/those two, had to swing back and pick KPoss up a coupla times, but he gutted out his 2nd consecutive 5k in two days! Pretty cool considering he'd only covered the distance 3 times (all races) in the previous 3 years.
Hit the brick loop once at the end. Was somewhere around 9:20 m/m for that last mile or so. amen.
