Good, solid run...kinda died w/2 miles to go though...just not quite used to the distance. It was really muggy too.
Used a GU pack for the first time at the 6 mile mark. It was the chocolate one, not too bad, but had to stop running to take it and some water. I think it helped get me to the 8.5 mile mark. Legs a little tired, but otherwise, feel pretty good.
Got to take a 45 minute nap afterwords too! That felt GREAT!
