Notes
Good run. Ran the 4 mile loop backwards and added the back stretch of the 5k loop. Not too hard, but pushed up Killah Hill and did a few "striders" in the sub. They really aren't that difficult and they give me an appreciation for just how fast "fast" is. Used Josh's Garmin for the run and it ended up being a neg. split. I don't know why, but I always feel better after a run if I finish it hard.
